reminds me a bit of Rodman (although I think Rodman kind of shorted himself on offense in the NBA, and was one of the smartest players I have seen play). Wonder if he could have a similar impact at the next level

Interesting.
So many people go from 1 mph to 2,000 mph without ever understanding context. Rodman wasn’t that guy coming out of college. He was just a crazy athlete with limited offensive skills. He found a place doing the dirty work. He then evolved. Kyle might find a place at the end of the bench, in the right circumstance.

There are plenty of gritty, D & board guys you coulda referenced.

Instead you went with THE gritty D and board guy with multiple rings as your comp.
