Where have we heard that before? But this thought occurs: We've seen Oregon's facilities. They are like a five star hotel, beyond anything we can compete with. But I wonder if there's a downside creating creature comforts to attract recruits. Maybe, after some initial success, they get a little too lazy and comfortable such that they need a no-=nonsense guy like Taggart to whip them into shape?
