Winston shoe to drop?

New stuff coming out about FSU obstructing the investigation.

If you watched FSU against Clemson, you saw what their defense did to Clemson's offense and shutter at what they could do to ours.
 
This is really picking up steam, wow. I would almost be more surprised if Winston plays tomorrow than not.

Well I didn't expect that news tonight, but it's not going to stop Winston from playing. The heat is now on people a lot higher up. So was Penn St's President still at FSU when this was going down?

If you were telling us we are going to beat FSU tomorrow, obviously we want their studs out there so our win doesn't feel cheapened.

But if they are out there we would need every break/bounce of the ball we got in the. ND game (5 forced TOs) and then some to win, and that's probably highly unlikely. If their best guys aren't out there, our chances improve considerably. We need a W more than just about any team in the country. We would gladly take any W we can get if that's over an FCS school great, if it's over the #1 team in the country in any capacity, you take it and run

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Below is a statement from Gordon & Rees partner David Cornwell, advisor to Jameis Winston’s family.

Each time new facts emerge exposing her story
for what it is, Ms. **********’s lawyers claim that somebody other than
she is lying. According to Ms. ********** and her lawyers, the
Tallahassee Police Department, the Florida State Attorney, the judicial
panel in Florida State University’s Student Code of Conduct hearing, FSU
(with today’s letter), and, of course, Mr. Winston and his family
representatives are all lying. Given the unanimous rejection of her
story by every official entity that has heard or investigated it, Ms.
**********’s story must be referred to as "a false allegation of sexual
assault."

FSU’s letter confirms that Ms. ********** waited
20 months to make a Title IX complaint. Her lawyers told FSU to "cease
all contact" with Ms. ********** so they could execute their civil
litigation plan. Rather than making Ms. ********** available for the
Title IX investigation that they now claim is so sacred, her lawyers
sent FSU a "litigation hold" letter and told ABC News on January 8,
2014, "Absolutely you’re gonna see a civil suit, I want heads to roll."

The remarkable news in FSU’s letter is the
confirmation that, though Ms. ********** claimed Mr. Winston’s
teammates were present when she allegedly was being raped, she did not
charge them with anything relating to rape, i.e., witnessing,
facilitating or failing to assist her while she was allegedly being
raped. Ms. ********** charged these young men with "invasion of
privacy" for videotaping her in physical positions that reportedly were
consistent with a consensual sexual encounter.
Ms. ********** and her attorneys have been exposed yet again.
 
like I said a few weeks back...jimbo if he knew or helped hinder this might be out of a job before winston is.

I'm sure FSU beating us without our starting QB and 2 best receivers doesn't cheapen their win.

I won't be either way at this point. A lot has happened but I think if these things had all come out on Monday instead of Friday - Friday night, it would be more likely. It'll be interesting to see what FSU does though.
