This one shows a spirited tug-of-war battle between John Raymon and Donnie Simmons, who is a particularly frightening-looking individual.

A couple things:

Donnie Simmons is starting to look like Freeney, physique-wise. Kudos to him and the S&C staff. Kid looking the part.

LOVE the team chemistry. They all look like they are having a blast.

Watch Ben Lewis. He is standing in between up at the top of the video. He is going nuts.
