Are you a big diver? The Mrs and I were in La Ceiba (villas Pico bonito) a couple weeks ago but didn't get a chance to go to Utila or Roatan but we've heard good things about both from friends that have been.

Used to dive a lot, but stopped a few years ago. Stil snorkel and swim 3X per week. Fish for tuna and wahoo a lot. They are only 1/2 mile from shore at the drop off. Wife and I ride 10 days every month throughout Central America on our motorcycle. will be going to Villas Pico Bonito this coming year...how did you like it? Rich Adamson still running things?

Thats crazy, I thought the deep sea fishing was good here in Cayman as the wall is only a mile or two off the coast. The Villas were awesome, definitely exceeded expectations. We did some ziplining and went hiking to the waterfalls with Ace and Max (the two dogs at the hotel) - they were great guides. I only regret not having the time to do either canyoning or white water rafting. When you're there, get the churrasco for dinner.
