1. A new offensive coordinator!! Maybe one that has a shred of respectability.
2. A new offensive scheme!!!! Our offense doesn't lack talent it lacks a game plan and plays that actually work.
3. Can we please get a special teams coordinator? Doug, I love you but letting our coordinator go last year is now proving to be another huge mistake on your part.
4. Stop offering every recruit and their mother and be more picky about who we take! Now that we have some really nice recruits gaining interest after the big schools have filled up scholarships...we have none ourselves.
5. This is just turning into a poorly run operation all around...Doug has the talent, but has only prepared the team well once this entire season, and that was with two weeks to install the plan. We don't even deserve a bowl game with the performances that we have had.
