1/1/58 Roy Riegels appears on IGAS, 29 years to the day after his famous “wrong-way run” in the Rose Bowl. He comes on the 9 minute mark.
Roy seems to have gotten over it pretty well. He wasn't an All-American but he was All-West Coast:

Almost all "goats" were good players. Riegels didn't score a touchdown for the other team but his play set up a safety on the next play that gave them 2 points and, naturally, they won by only one point, 8-7.
