on defense. They played up on and hounded everyone but Ennis who was handling the ball, they doubled and tripled CJ as soon as he got it, they closed off the middle and forced us to attack from the baseline with tough mid-range jumpers. SU played effectively for stretches on offense and managed to break down their d. But too often they still settled for tough contested, jumpshots. WMU's carelessness with the ball was just shocking. We allmknew the stats but man did they just have a ton of unforced errors. I'm not sure you can count on that much good fortune every time out. Let's not make Dayton this year's Cinderella.

But they had NO plan of attack on offense. No entries to the foul line at all in the first half. They were able to do a few things in the second half but it was far too late. Puzzling after all of the talk of solving the E. Michigan zone in the second game. They looked clueless on offense.

You forgot the part where the didn't have the level of athlete to actually implement their game plan.

Some people said last Sunday that WMU did not take care of the ball on offense...even their box out at the top of the one failed to open up good passing lanes.

a lot of those careless passes probably aren't careless against the like of Akron.
