Was watching I think pitt and nc yesterday, nc player wraps his arms around pitt player before the ball is inbounded. Ref calls foul and 2 ft. What I'm wondering is how that is not intentional, I mean I can live w/ all the fake intentionals at the end of the game but before the ball is Inbounded? That should be called. Also just trying to get off subject for a bit.

They got rid of the intentional foul rule.

i fully agree with you. (pointed this out in the rule change post below).
if a foul occurs when no time comes off the clock it should be automatic 2 shots and the ball.
you would think that would be easy enuf to get thru the rules committee. get it done!
