Agree 100%. It is exactly his thought provoking insight and his ability to articulate his thoughts that leads me to believe that Bilas could make a great politician, commissioner, or.....president of the NCAA.

The first thing the NCAA would do to Bilas is castrate him to make him toe the line.

Bilas is right.
Kind of.
This news conference probably sank Barchi.

It's clear that he intentionally did not view the video back in December in order to give himself plausible deniability.
It's the deniability that he just used to give himself an out and try to keep his phony baloney high-paying job.
It's "Hey, I didn't really know how bad it was. I didn't view the tape."

OK, why not?
Wasn't that part of your job to see the evidence against your coach before making a decision?
Of course it is.

So, Barchi did not do his job.
He put aside protecting his students and even his university in the interests of protecting himself first.

It seems the guy has got to go.
Can't be long before the Fatman tells him so.

Of course, this presumes Barchi didn't see the video as is claimed now. Earlier reports said he had.
