Be Careful if you're out and about in Mississippi.

A truck hauling monkeys from Tulane University in New Orleans flipped on a Mississippi highway, freeing several large, "aggressive" monkeys.

"The monkeys are approximately 40lbs, they are aggressive to humans, and they require PPE [personal protective equipment] to handle," the sheriff's office wrote in a Facebook post.

The animals carry hepatitis C, herpes and COVID deputies said. Geezzz, Is it any wonder they are aggressive??

So if you see Magilla don't try to catch him, call the police.

Why are where would they be transporting diseased monkeys and for what reason?

And Please! Don't confuse this with the AI generated hoax that occurred earlier in the week in New Jersey.
  • Newark Public Safety said the Newark Police Department and animal control officers responded to reports of wild monkeys spotted near Georgia King Village on Oct. 23
  • Authorities, who were not able to "locate any monkeys," said that “any photos or videos" were "likely AI-generated"
  • The incident is still under investigation, but authorities preliminarily determined that it was likely a “hoax"

Some monkeys are REALLY aggressive!!!!!

So crazed monkeys were supposedly running amok in both New Jersey and in Mississippi? Crazy. Has this picture been authenticated?

Conflicting stories out there.Apparently the driver of the truck told the police all that disease stuff and said they were dangerous so the cops apparently took his word and killed some of them.

Crazy people all over the country. Would be interesting if the truth was known - weird story.
