SCOUTING: In a year that saw the Hurricanes build the program back up, this is one of those football talents who certainly will be a centerpiece for the future. Victor is a very athletic receiver who is learning from his head coach Kez McCovey, who knows quite a bit about the position. Having watched him a number of times, this is one of those talented prospects who stretches the field and runs very good patterns. His quickness and improving skill level will make him one of the players to keep an eye on for years to come.
CRYSTAL BALL: This off season – with camps, combines, 7-on-7’s and a strong spring – will be enough to thrust him on the map. Seeing players live is how you uncover a prospect like this.
