Congrats to Earnest Edwards and his success at Maine.
Thats my dude.
Please stop posting about him-It's frustrating to read after we didn't go after himLA Rams rookie WR Earnest Edwards already fan favorite
LA Rams rookie WR Earnest Edwards is an early fan favorite, and for good reason. He can do it all: Run, pass, catch, and return the footballramblinfan.com
The good thing is that it wasnt just SU. 63 other P5 teams didnt go after him. Please stop posting about him-It's frustrating to read after we didn't go after him
The problem is, if Syracuse doesn't show interest, then the out state teams think the player can't be worth their time. I think there are a good number of guys like him that would develop if they get the chance. The good thing is that it wasnt just SU. 63 other P5 teams didnt go after him.
Your'e right, it scares teams away. NYS is over looked in general. We don't have a good enough reputation. The problem is, if Syracuse doesn't show interest, then the out state teams think the player can't be worth their time. Aren't you working on that, at least for Section V?Your'e right, it scares teams away. NYS is over looked in general. We don't have a good enough reputation.
When a guy gets recruited, they focus and train harder and get better. It's like a self fulfilling prophecy. UB has about 40 NY guys and they seem pretty good lately.Your'e right, it scares teams away. NYS is over looked in general. We don't have a good enough reputation.
You weren't kidding about UB's roster. 38 NY kids. When a guy gets recruited, they focus and train harder and get better. It's like a self fulfilling prophecy. UB has about 40 NY guys and they seem pretty good lately.

Been working on it for years a long with other coaches. Its hard to change the perception. We also need the higher ranked kids in NYS to get drafted and have sustained NFL careers.Aren't you working on that, at least for Section V?
