Former Texas wide receiver Johntay Cook II was arrested for a second time in two weeks. The wide receiver's downfall has turned into more of a spiral over the past few months. Cook and the Longhorns mutually parted ways with in November to transfer to the Washington Huskies, was dismissed from the Huskies in January and has now been arrested twice.

[B]If Johntay Cook didn't have speed, the story might have ended there. But a 4.3-second 40-yard dash is hard to ignore. Speed like that gets recruited—again and again. No matter what's gone down off the field, scouts, coaches and fans all know one thing: Cook can run.
