Well, he’s wicked fast! From 20 offers to Top 7 to final decision in six hours?
That must be a record.

Especially a receiver playing in a Lane Kiffin offenseDo not see a Mississippi kid leaving with an Ole Miss offer.
Agree also if academics are a priority to him that would give us another edge.If Syracuse is selling to the young man he is our priority WR target that could hold some sway.
IJarveon Howard.
Looking back at his thread it does not appear he was offered by ole miss or miss st.Jarveon Howard.

It also depends if the football offer is commitable. Always know more on 8/1 when the written offers go out...or in this case 7/27.I wonder if he wants to do 2 sports.

Not saying this to whine about potential negative impact on him committing to SU, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him want to stay closer to home now...and no-one would blame him.

Damn. That just sucks. Wishing nothing but the best for that young man and his family.
To say he might want to stay closer to home? I wasn't trying to say anything selfish nor take away from his circumstances. Quite the contrary...or, at least that was my intent.Too soon
I wasn’t in his class athletically, but that’s exactly what I did when hit with those circumstances in high school. Ithaca was much closer to Syracuse than Westwood. Not saying this to whine about potential negative impact on him committing to SU, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him want to stay closer to home now...and no-one would blame him.
