Soooo yeah like I went to college. I smoked my fair share. I had a roommate who went to bed with a bong next to his bed so he could hit it first thing in the morning. It was everywhere. Not one single person I know got arrested even one time. I don't think anyone even got the $100 fine. Soooooo how in the **** do you get arrested 4 times in less than 4 years? You gotta be dealing at that point and if you're dealing while on scholarship then simply Adios.
