WR/TE preview: Which Syracuse football wide receivers will crack rotation in 2019?

Heard good things from last summer camp about Queely, would love to see a young WR emerge.

Yeah, I hope to see someone step up big that returns for at least another year.

I think Queeley and Sharod will do more than expected this year

Both are touted to have the ability to make catches over db’s with contact which is something we havnt had imo since Ish.

Queeley is a large man. I am every bit 6 2 215 and he stood eye to eye with me. I love the plays he made in the spring. This team is very deep at skill positions. Man I hope oline gels early.

Jackson, N. Johnson, Riley and Harris are a solid quartet. Just need another 1-2 consistent guys. I thought Sharod Johnson played well in an extended run against BC to end last season.

Cameron Jordan and RTB will get their shots.

Anyone notice how big Cooper Lutz is?

Lutz is an interesting wild card, having played RB in high school. I remember all of the videos showing how strong he was in high school. He seems like he could be a good RAC guy if gets the nuances of the position down.

Consensus is that the WR unit is top quarter of the league.

Here's one example,

And I feel like most of the reviews I’ve seen don’t even put much weight on Jackson.

Even better news since most reports last year, plus limited bowl game action, plus reports already this spring/summer are that he could be our #1

Just like the rest of the team the sum is greater than the parts. Four 2s with a system that works to get them in space = performance
