At one time I thought it was critical to hire within the program ,,,I'm over that.     I think Gait thought his brand alone would get the job done...it's now abundantly clear in his pressers that he is in way over his head and he actually looks worried...a pleasant change.  Yes. March will take the bullet but that won't solve the problem.  We may even see an exodus to the portal if the team misses the tourney or gets dropped in the first round.  
And then , we may need to start over ...again.
