Which was your favorite? You should get back to it. This season has been nothing short of amazing. Ive probably watched every single pitch of the last 50 yankee games
all of the wins!Which was your favorite?
No, I meant which pitch?all of the wins!
70 million fans attended MLB this year. 3rd straight year of increased attendance. Talk of baseball's demise has been greatly exaggerated.Baseball is still around?
The one constant through all the years, BomberOrange, has been baseball.Baseball is still around?
Haven’t watched a game since ‘94.Baseball is still around?
It should be moved to the "Other Sports" forum. <sigh>Why is this in the Syracuse football forum?
probably because SU football fans sought a diversion from our collective misery. Should be here? No. Is it ok to be here as a one-time exception given our football grief? I vote Yes. [I applaud the mods for not removing it.] Put it in our memory archives with the Dan Mullen thread. Why is this in the Syracuse football forum?
Oops. Spoke too soon. Boo.probably because SU football fans sought a diversion from our collective misery. Should be here? No. Is it ok to be here as a one-time exception given our football grief? no sense of humor [at least with this.] <sigh>It should be moved to the "Other Sports" forum. <sigh>
Update: thanks to the admin who made the move.
There has been talk of baseball's demise since 1968.70 million fans attended MLB this year. 3rd straight year of increased attendance. Talk of baseball's demise has been greatly exaggerated.
For me it's the eephus. No, I meant which pitch?
What on earth are you talking about? This has absolutely nothing to do with SU football.no sense of humor [at least with this.] <sigh>
Of course it doesn't. But I think that was the point when it was posted there. I too did a double (or triple) take when I first saw it there. But then I smiled and saw why someone might do it. As a diversion. It did give me a smile in the midst of the misery otherwise on that Forum yesterday. (P.S. it's not necessarily the end of the world being officially "out of place". It was there for about 20 hours before someone complained.)What on earth are you talking about? This has absolutely nothing to do with SU football.
The three batter minimum is helpful too. It used to be ridiculous, particularly during the postseason, having a pitching change after every batter in late innings.I think the pitch clock has made the viewing product much better.
I enjoyed it before, but now that its going at a consistent rhythm just makes it more enjoyable for me.
