You talk about breaking up a party

ACC: There’s a double whammy coming for Syracuse fans. First, it’s clear that quarterback Steve Angeli’s torn Achilles is a season-killer. Syracuse was just not the same team in a 38-3 home loss to Duke that we saw upset Clemson merely a week ago, and it might be a minor miracle at this point if they get to 6-6. But even if the Orange don’t win another game, Fran Brown will still be among the most desired coaches of this year’s carousel. With at least a half-dozen really good openings competing for a small number of top-tier candidates, Brown will practically be able to name his destination and his price if he wants to leave. Brown has already done enough to improve Syracuse in recruiting, on-field performance and swagger to draw interest from a wide variety of programs. He could leave for a better job in three months and Syracuse wouldn’t even get to celebrate the kind of breakthrough season that usually elevates a coach to those heights.

I'm not going to worry about Fran leaving. If he does they should downgrade the program to FCS, since it'll mean they're not serious about competing at a P4 level. And I don't believe that. You back up the Brinks truck for Fran if it ever gets to that point.

I was amazed at the energy of thousands walking up to the game today. Orange was everywhere. Smiles on every face. In response, we got a Greg Robinsonesque performance from the team and the defense in particular. Can Fran Brown assess his defensive staff the way a head coach has to? Robinson is obviously his blood brother. His preparation of his unit today was downright unforgivable. In no way am I suggesting now is the time to cut him but what if it continues?
This program the last 15-20 years has the uncanny ability to shart all over themselves at the worst possible time

Fran’s biggest mistake so far has been mixing family with business. Robinson needs to go. A good performance every 4 games isn’t going to get it done. Especially when Nixon leaves.
Also the defense performance last week was more weighted to Klubnick and Clemson being a mess

Duke saw what all of us did in the stands. I don’t know how Fran thinks they are going Collins of this habit in the next week or two. Collins had all the snaps in Spring ball and he still has this bad habit.

“His tendency was really just look at one receiver and just throw the ball,” Duke safety Caleb Weaver said. “And so you read on the quarterback, and you look where he going. Really just break on the ball then.”

You could see that very clearly from the cheap seats yesterday
