NCState starts over 20 freshman. It is possible to win with a young team, you don't have to wait 2-3 years.

I'm assuming you meant plays not starts. But it's been proven repeatedly that a program doesn't need 4-5 years to implement a good system and have some success. We're in year 3 with some decent pieces, we're underachieving because our coaches aren't good enough.
