Your full account details are not currently editable

The thread I posted about this can't be found and must have been deleted.
I've had this issue when I click Account Details or anything Account related:
"Your full account details are not currently editable."

Can you see what is unique about my profile (maybe an account related db table that has a field or flag) that would cause this?
Some logic related to some flag in my account must be causing that, no?

I have had this for at least 5 years

I click on mt handle in the upper right hand corner and the drop-down menu no longer contains a link to "signature". I checked my profile page and looked at some of the other links. One listed my signature but I found nothing that would allow me to change it.

Please advise. Thank you.

Thank you sir! Funny cause I (think) I can edit my signature now, but that account details warning is still there.
