After sitting out last week with a knee injury, Franklin was cleared to play with the team vs the Patriots in Frankfurt, Germany Sunday.

He again led the team in tackles:

15 Total, 12 Solo, 3 Ast, 1 FF

One of the top five best LB in the NFL.

Franklin ranked No. 4 in the league last season with a franchise-record 166 tackles and leads the NFL after five games with 69 total tackles and 37 solos.

#44: Led the team in tackles again this Sunday.

For those of you who are not that familiar with Ziggy Smalls or with how good he has become. He was drafted in the 7th round by the Colts number 235.

While at Syracause, Franklin recorded 311 career tackles over the course of 48 total games, starting the final 39 of his career. Franklin was a two-time All-Atlantic Coast Conference selection.[1] Additionally, he was only the second three-time captain in Orange football history and the first since 1896.[2]
