I'm going to pose a glass half full thought, he told Fran he was done so he wasn't coming back regardless, that said SU was still honoring his scholarship for the remainder of his time on the hill. Zeed leaving frees up a scholarship and helps us get closer to our total number. Its a net positive at this point.
