While I agree with you on the factors you mentioned,the players the Orange have now are enough to get the job done. Taurean has a made or front court the strongest its been in over a decade. It can make up for a backcourt lack of depth. I would use DC2 as a block out specialist on both offense and defense.Teaching this is relatively simple. On offense you block out the opposing player who is defending the low area near the basket which ca free up the player with the ball to drive relatively undefended to the glass. On defense block out the opposition's best rebound man allowing our players clean grabs and possible outlet passes to fast break points.
Meaningless. The NBA drafts on potential. We have already learned that. We would have older guys. Gillon. White, Coleman 5th year guys (silent g and TC, remember?) Tyler Roberson, a sr. A soph in Lydon that played in the final four. Three solid frosh in Battle Moyer and TT. A 7-2 kid in his third year and throw in Howard. Most important, that team can beat you a lot of ways. Kentucky always has a lot of high draft picks, they don't always make the final four.
