So, the kid wanted a certain type of compression shorts/pants that would help his injured groin. That seems more reasonable than how this was originally portrayed.

But, anyway, the way you guys have spiraled into blaming social media and culture and youths and adults and whatever else for this is a sight to behold.

Think a big part of that is how the coach worded it in his press conference answer. Did he even mention the kid was hurt? Seems like he threw him under the bus by not mentioning that. Or did people just see a short clip of his answer and ran with it?

Everyone seems caught up in the kid's actions. But how about the fricken' HC airing laundry that, IMO, is not only unfair to the kid, but makes himself look like a moron?
And then throwing in the whole,
"Yeah, these kids today...blah blah blah" nonsense.
You're the man in charge, or should be. If a kid smears crap on a wall but you don't hold him accountable, don't then announce it to everyone, and throw up your hands like; "Well, whatta you gonna do".
