With the Tre release official now here's where the Bills stand cap wise.

I'm personally not expecting any other notable roster moves besides all of the 2024 draft picks being signed. For next year they're still slightly over the cap but only one key FA is up for a new contract in Spencer Brown. They obviously can also release Von next year and restructure a few other contracts to get a healthy amount under + the extra draft picks next year to continue the retool of the roster.

I think this team is going to surprise some people, as long as their injuries have healed from last year and they remain relatively healthy.

Defensive end and safety are probably the two biggest areas I am concerned about on offense/defense. Probably most concerned about the kicker though. Bass was atrocious last year, and especially in the playoffs. He's gotta be better.

That Bass contract extension really was a head scratcher. Who were we competing against for him? Ourselves?

Unless he has a banner year this year, I'd assume he'll be cut. Only a $3M dead cap hit.

I'm not personally worried about DE but agreed about Safety. And yeah Bass needs to have a bounce back season
