Yes. Unfortunately for Lester, he could be one-and-done at Purdue. I'm sure he knows that he is walking into a very difficult situation, but he may have felt he had no other options.

I was not excited when we thoughtit was him and am very excited about Babers. Just have to give credit for compiling what looks to be a decent staff to me. The OC will be the key.

Totally agree. I was not excited either I wanted an offensive guy with HC experience and that is what we got. Ash definitely needs an offensive guru. Since it is Rutgers I hope he hires George McDonald

Kind of shocking how little money was spent building that staff. It might end up working out but while other B1G staffs are loading up their staffs with former BCS head coaches, this staff really stands out as inexperienced and undistinguished.

At least he is trying to install a progressive offense.
