Open up your own gym ,make people sign 2 year contracts like Golds does . And get 2 years worth of payments when most people dont last the first month let alone the first two weeks. And you do this every year. These guys are brilliant.
 
Please don't forget to stretch prior to your work out!
Agreed! And if you're over 50, especially, remember to split your cardio & resistance training 50/50. It's more important than ever, cause the days of being Mr. Strong are less important now. It's more about goin long.
