Georgia-Oklahoma

Lincoln Riley is an offensive genius, he is weak on defense. It's his first year as HC, we will see if he learns from this.

Multiple comeback games are the greatest games. Each team with their backs to the wall. Each team getting pushed around and have to find a way to turn the tide. They do and the game is won by positive plays rather than lost by negative plays. it doesn't get any better than that.

Not enough Mayfield.

Ok play calling was awful the entire 2nd half.. some of that was georgia challenged them but they didnt really give themeselves a chance to move the ball with the play selection and the calls in OT were just plain terrible.

Wow forgot Georgia got to play in Atlanta next week also.

His playcalling in overtime sucked

Agreed. I was referring to how he got to be HC. He failed to continue calling plays the same way as what got OU to the CFB playoffs and to the score against a vaunted SEC defense. He pulled a Cooper (former tOSU HC).

True, but Clemson and Alabama are in the neighborhood as well. I went to school at UGA and went to Clemson football games a ton (55 miles as the crow flies from Athens). Should be a really good time in Atlanta regardless of who wins Clemson-Bama.

Very impressive game. Oklahoma looked like they'd roll Georgia in the first half. Credit Kirby Smart with those halftime adjustments. And that dumb punt play right before the half was costly.

But no one wants to see a UGA-Bama rematch. Enough already. Enough Saban.

Coaches way overthink the whole “don’t kick it to a dangerous return man”. It’s like they have no clue about EV. the greatest returner all time, Mr. Hester, had an 8% TD return rate. Kick the damn ball and go make a tackle.

Uga needs to slow it down, not going to win a shootout against OU.

But they did. So glad to see another highly hyped brat QB, aka Baker Mayfield, looking out into the field post game in a stunned blank stare

Hey, rules question. Why was there no false start when the Georgia kicker did the hop step before the ball was stopped?
