I can definitely understand not asking him about it. I work for a large company and have worked for other large companies. Whenever somebody gets questioned by HR they are not supposed to talk about it and either is anyone else. In this case if JB was questioned and told not to talk about it then he was in the right.

I disagree this view. You don't sleep in the same bed as them do you? You don't have hidden cameras in their house, do you? There is SO much that can go on behind the scenes that wouldn't be part of best friends' normal conversations.
