His bio is all about special teams. Fran has to balance the coaching staff to meet the needs of the program and to keep it within the staff’s budget. Looks like a solid hire.

I would say that’s Williams.
Not enough info to really know if the hire moves the needle. All the other coaches hired were great recruiters and brought something to the table. Most of his time was as an analyst other than ub.
Maybe su would not allow the higher of the coach that was fired from Michigan.

Like Elijah will be recruiting A LOT. It helps to have someone with DC experience to cover some time that you trust and have worked with. Think the ST stuff is a bonus and like someone else said, going from analyst at big programs to DC is an amazing show of ability.
