When I think Florida art I think black velvet paintings sold out of the back of a pickup truck. Why not go all the way with a court size black velvet painting? Lighting over the court should be black lights with a spinning reflector globe.

Good call, just saw that. Right where the wave gets that white crest...What are they going to do, paint that part of the line black?
Refs have a little "buffer" right there.
