Class of 2018 WR DeJuan Ellis (VA) Transferring from VA Tech

We need to stay on this kid. We could use a couple of his recievers too. lol

Seems to me after reading that tweet session it seems like Fuente wasn’t even giving him a chance basically and was giving him the cold shoulder so he said f’it and transferred.

Seems somewhat exploitative and tacky for UVA to comment from their recruiting twitter about their rival having someone transfer from Vtech. Situations always have two sides and are usually more complicated than black and white.
I don’t belive that’s the official recruiting twitter

It's not an official UVA recruiting twitter. It's a fan responding to Ellis Sr.

The only Fuente I know comes with a Camaroon wrapper and is lit on special occasions.

Saw a thread from their fan site where they’re arguing over why they’re currently ranked last in the ACC in recruiting - that’s crazy. Between the results on the field, all the transfers, their legendary DC leaving and their in-state rival picked to win their division- that place is an absolute disaster. Unbelievable that Fuente destroyed that program so quickly.

Coaching hires are so incredibly important.

Their boards are in full meltdown mode.

The funny thing is how unpredictable some of the hires can be. Fuente hire was pretty much universally accepted as the top hire of that offseason by most publications. Richt was also considered by many to be top 3 hire at worst. DJ Durkin imploded at Maryland.

Dino, Matt Campbell, Kirby Smart, and Bronco Mendenhall all making their selections look good
