(Yes I'm putting way too much time into this) This is what I would do for football. A few thoughts:

-football is weird in that losing a BCS-level bowl is essentially better than winning a low-level bowl in terms of the quality of your team that year. I would focus more on major bowl appearances as opposed to whether we won it or not. We should bring attention to our rich history, not seasons where we went 7-6.
-hanging banners for Texas Bowl victories is lame and should be beneath us. We're not Rutgers.
-that should say 1998 on the right (insert my bad gif)

Yep correct we won a few of those in the 70s before joining the Big East.

What about hanging the blue curtain and assorted banners above the center hung video board? Because the board is lowered for hoops there is plenty of negative/empty space above it.

I would put Indiana and Louisville in the top tier of fans. Not sure why UVA is so low. Ohio State should probably be higher also.

I think that making a championship game is a special accomplishment. Just look at the Indiana and the Kentucky games. We were "thisclose" to winning each time. Those are still special, memorable seasons for me.
