You've got it right.

Our program has proven that defense first gets us nowhere.

We're the only P5 with a Dome, and we got crazy points out of a backup QB and a patchwork line.

We can build off of this.

I dont think anyone needs to feel guilty deriving some satisfaction from today's game, but this loss is certainly not better than that win. If we lost this way to Clemson, or LSU next season, maybe.

Our former walk on Qb just put up 440 yards through the air, and accounted for 7 total TD's. If you're disappointed about the direction this program is headed you really need to have your head examined. Year one of a total rebuild, tons of injuries, and lack of depth at just about every position. It'll get better, it just needs time to get there. I am all in on the Dino train and am thrilled with how this team performed OVERALL and can't wait for next year.

Nope.

I don't love giving up all those points but if you can't see that we are gearing up to put up some consitent points and the defense is fixable you are blind. You show a defensive kids that you put up those points and tell them they are the key there will be buy in by kids that Baber's wants.
