Impossible to say 100% without a goal line angle. I think he was in too but the ball is in his right arm so hard to say definitively.

What was up with the clock in last33 seconds. With 1 second left and 'massive went in the referee threw a penalty flag then said Usf called a timeout then put 6 seconds on clock. What the hell happened as at game and a lot of us confused. Many happy SU fans in Tampa. Go cuse
