1960 Cotton Bowl

I would be interested in finding out how many Syracuse fans were in attendance for this game. I would have to imagine it would be an overwhelmingly pro-Texas crowd.

love the announcer. I long for the days when Syracuse football was a team to be reckoned with.

love the announcer.
Is it Red Barber? After his retirement, he used to be on NPR and would tell stories from his home in Florida. The announcer sounds like him.

CTO was at this game, correct? Is she the only board member that was?

Looks like Jack Drees and Forest Evashevski. Lindsey Nelson and Red Grange did the first game SU played in the Cotton Bowl in 1957, Jim Brown's last game as an Orangeman.
