Yes, 315 and agile is probably ideal. In that picture, I don't think any of them are that size. And, linemen are much bigger now on both sides of the ball. Nebraska's starting DTs in 1994 were 275 lbs and 285 lbs.

BC's starting OL on Friday? 308 lbs, 315 lbs, 292 lbs, 322 lbs, 313 lbs.

I'd kill for two future NFL lineman in our OL room - would mean our OL was like the 2012 line (Pugh and Tiller).

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and former Cowboy coach were guards on the 1964 Arkansas Nation Championship team. Doubt they topped 190.

The OL of the 1959 SU National Champions were dubbed "The Sizable Seven." They were all ends in HS and probably were around 200 lbs. Programs from that time may claim higher but that was the norm and may still be. Lax did the same thing. I was always taller and weighed more.
