How about this: Has anyone else produced at least one first rounder in the NFL draft and one lottery pick in the NBA draft in the past two years (assuming MCW gets picked in the lottery)?

likely UNC (Harrison Barnes was pottery) but we'll see this year. It's an awesome stat, though.
