I'm betting on ND and Louisville to the ACC.

I'll also bet that ND is told you can come but forget about the football independance. ND and Texas could be left twisting in the wind if they don't get in a conference. At least they wouldn't have the leverage they think they have now.

Louisville is DOA based on academics. All 14 of the ACC schools are in the top 102 of the USNWR rankings - no way they add Louisville.
