Lsu, they lost their two best players, and they are Lsu
They return everyone else and add Ben Simmons and Blakeney.

UVA the Pitt of the ACC but they foul less and are much more likable.

Kansas? Oh yeah, preseason is when they get their #1 rankings. Then it's all downhill from there baby.
I fully support this sort of logic. Goes for nearly every SEC team. I don't care what kind of talent Auburn, LSU, or Tennessee bring in. They might even win 25 games. They'll be forgotten by the second weekend of the tournament.
It would be hilarious if the committee puts UVA and MSU in the same region again.1) UNC
2) UVA
3) UK
4) Maryland
5) KU

Or if they schedule them in the acc/big ten challenge.
UNC only if Paige returns.MAryland

This could easily be said about SU. The guys coming in aren't game changers. Nice players, but not Okafor/Jones level. The do have some nice recruits coming in, but they lost their two best players, and weren't all that great this year to begin with. I can see them being a borderline top 25 team, but top 5 might be a stretch.
Simmons might be that good. This could easily be said about SU. The guys coming in aren't game changers. Nice players, but not Okafor/Jones level.
Wonder if Cuse gets paired with IU again in the TB game. B1G should be weaker next year and we're not getting Maryland, so it will be interesting to see who we are paired with.
They will be top 10 all year regardless of wins and losses and will be fighting for a 1 seed with 8-12 losses

Edited: didn't see the top 5 part. I have a hard time seeing SU as a top-15 team unless some amazing transformations happen, possible, but lower probability.
I think we get Michigan or Wisconsin at the Dome next year in the B1G-ACC.
I bet we get Maryland @ Duke, North Carolina @ Ohio State, Indiana @ Virginia, Notre Dame @ Michigan State, Louisville @ Minnesota.
I think we'll be further down the pecking order--maybe 6th or 7th. Illinois, Purdue?I think we get Michigan or Wisconsin at the Dome next year in the B1G-ACC.

Wichita is legit. Baker and Van Vleet are a great college backcourt. There isn't a coach in the country that wouldn't take them.where the is all this wich st love coming from? just because @sshat Marshall is staying put? Ron Baker? they'll obviously pile up a gaudy record playing in that farce of a conference - but they weren't that good this year and will be no better next year
Unfortunately I think UVa gets Maryland again... at least this time it will be in Charlottesville... I loathe that school with all that is good... But the BiG and ACC will probably pair Duke/Wiscy or MSU ... UNC will get OSU maybe... ND & Indiana... Louisville & Mich... not sure where Syracuse will land here, but I'm going Purdue or MSU...I think we get Michigan or Wisconsin at the Dome next year in the B1G-ACC.
