Thank you for voting and helping determine the 11th winner of the Uplifting Athletes Rare Disease Champion Award.
We were proud and honored to have five finalists all worthy of winning the annual award. But there can be only one Rare Disease Champion.
The winner will be announced tomorrow (December 6) as part of the Home Depot College Football Awards Show from the College Football Hall of Fame in Atlanta.
We will post a video announcing the winner on all Uplifting Athletes social media platforms – Twitter, Instagram and Facebook – and have it available on the Uplifting Athletes website at 6:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, December 6.
