The rule is Belichick gets paid atleast 1 dollar more than the highest paid coach.
It’s why Belichick’s contract is never discussed.
Kraft gave him a lifetime renewable 1 year contract as long as Belichick wants to coach he will for him but has to be the highest paid.

If Belichick wanted to go to the Giants again a trade of a swap of first likely gets its done.

You would still have a first round pick but it would be in late 20s early 30s and Belichick cleans up your mess.
McDaniels takes over NE gets a QB up high and Brady likely comes back 1 more year.

Young is going 1 or 2. So unless the giants lose out I don’t see them getting Young. I see you guys beating one of Washington and Miami.
