2019 Yankees Thread...

Would probably take something like that for the Nats to even consider a trade. Frazier and a bunch of unproven AA prospects (even if you include Garcia) won't do it. Unless maybe the Yankees take all of Scherzer's future salary which I think goes to $42 million a year. More likely is the Yankees use a Frazier/Garcia + package for a 3 month Baumgardner rental.

At this point, the Yankees are saying they will not give up Frazier for a rental of any kind.

They also have to get the roster ready for the London trip. Does anyone know if the teams are allowed to bring any extra people in case someone gets hurt? I tried to look it up but couldn't find anything

26th player (non-pitcher) will be added for both games

will also take 2 additional player overseas, just in case

Hicks is a dumbass.

London

In other news I will be in Cooperstown for Mariano's ceremony this year, staying at my sister's house which happens to be 2 blocks from where all the action will be taking place. They have always rented their house out for induction weekend but didn't this year so it will be a first for me. I'll post any good pics I get, I half expect to be running into David Wells and David Cone in Cooley's and Pete Rose signing autographs in the back of one of the memorabilia stores somewhere

When you see it ...

"Judge followed LeMahieu's laser down the left-field line with a deep drive to right-center field, making for a quick start against Clayton Richard. The Bombers broke a previous mark held by Texas Rangers, who rode Alex Rodriguez and Rafael Palmeiro's bats to homer in 27 straight contests from Aug. 11 to Sept. 9, 2002."
