Damien Alford in the WR video. #82 - it's kind of amazing for a player on a football team to stand out for his height.

Love this move by Shrader. You can even hear an O-line guy say "oh, we have a QB in our line now". These are the small steps that bring out leadership. We haven't seen Tommy in this light. Hopefully he has his own way of building his leadership too.
