I can't see him making it to Houston at this point. They have a lot greater problems than him but it would be a start.

Boston included Betts to get rid of Price. And there is only one team in baseball that makes that type of trade and that is the Dodgers. And with their payroll, no way they would take a shot at Chapmen.

Nonsense. I talk baseball when i come here. It is ridiculous that Chapman made it as a closer. Totally ridiculous. His ERA is close to 5 as a closer. That is an all-star? Most of the Yankee fans I know want him either off the team or out of the closer role. That is a All-star? And I'm out of line to question that? You're usually better than that. Let me just ask you this Chip, you want him closing a 1 run game tonight? If yes, okay. If no? That isn't a all-star.

By the way, I have never heard the "word" trolly"used before. And I had no problem with Cole. Chapman, different story.

His last 2 outings have been a complete disaster. The one before that wasn’t good either. So, no I wouldn’t have him close right now. Something is clearly wrong. Physically or mentally or both.

His first 23 games might be the best stretch of his career. On June 20 his ERA was still under 2 (one bad outing). Turns quickly when things go bad.

Keep him off the All Star team, fine with me. He could probably use the break. But to think his whole season has been bad because of his last 3 outings is something an anti-Yankee fan would probably jump on.
