Torres either thought there were 2 outs or the ball was not going to be caught, but if it was the latter then why did he stop at third before being waved home by Nevin?
Looked like he thought there were 2 outs. Head down running on contact, and I think Nevin is the one who tried to get his attention before realizing it was going to drop. That's when he stopped and looked back.
