2021 Yankees Season

Now that Gio’s hurt, the only thing separating the Yankees from 3 thru 9 all batting under the mendoza line is a Gary strikeout or two.

as for Gio's back...I will say this, after 70+ degrees on tuesday, once that freak storm rolled through here at like 2-3 yesterday, the temperature literally dropped 30 degrees.

i had a lax practice at 5 and then my sons baseball game at 6...i dont ever remember being so cold at a baseball game. it was absolutely brutal and the wind was ridiculous.

once the other team broke it open in the bottom of the 4th to make it 9-3, our coach thankfully said...its yours...we're out of here.

It was the same in DC, seemed to happen in an instant. I was outside cleaning off the patio, sunny and not bad. Went out an hour later and it was like a different season.

I'm thrilled we didn't have a baseball game last night. We have one tonight, and I'm thrilled that my kid has a conflict with hockey. Hockey wins because it costs more, and I can grab a couple of cocktails at the cafe bar while I watch.

As for the Yankees, I'll never forget where I was when the wild pitch and Ford walk won us a game. On my couch and thinking this still isn't sustainable.

todays youth have it so good.

to think the best i had was Chambliss in the 76 playoffs and then Reggie in the 77 WS.

Starting tonight, The Yankees will win 4 in a row. I know that doesn’t solve anything but just letting everyone know.
