10 man is very cool. Like to see some wrinkles. Shay’s lived off 10 man.
It also means getting burned for easy goals the other way from time to time. Hope the fan base can handle that.

yeah no kidding...but you can either play aggressive or play defensive. I subscribe to the aggressive theory and when you throw in a 10man and teams aren't expecting it you can create some easy transition goals. And obviously if you get beat a time or two for easy goals then you back off the ride.

“He does work with [faceoff specialists] every day through phone calls, game planning, practice planning, so he works with them everyday, he’s just not in-person everyday,” continued Gait. “We’re happy with the direction that’s going.”
Doesn't sound like TD is at practice everyday. Will be interesting to see if he is at the game tomorrow. Toronto Rock have a 5pm game in Ontario.
